Shipping & Returns

All plushies are shipped inside a mailer.  Decals are shipped in a padded envelope.  I've mailed a few thousand orders in total and have yet to hear about a damaged one.  All orders ship out within 4-6 business days of the order.  From there it takes about 3-5 days to arrive to its destination depending on where you live and which shipping option you select.  I do offer "Rush Processing" for $8 which guarantees your order will ship out within 48 hours of your order.  If ordered around a holiday or on Saturday, that would be 72 hours as I can only ship if the post office is open.  The "Rush Processing" is actually a listing in itself that you will have to add to your cart if that is what you want.  I know a lot of these gifts are going to be surgery gifts so time is always of the essence.  I tend to ship out earlier then the 4-6 days I give myself.  There may be delays near the holidays.
